Allergy Testing

We perform intradermal testing in the office for a large variety of allergens. Pollens, foods, danders, molds, dust, mites, venoms, and other substances can be tested. The intradermal method requires time, but it offers a precise measure of the smallest part of a patient’s reactivity to various substances. This testing is uniquely suited to discover allergies that can otherwise be missed. In addition, the testing provides a safe starting point for treatment with the goal of improving symptoms. Injectable and sublingual regimens are options. Strategies can also include avoidance, rotation, supplements, alternative neutralization and more, when applicable.
